I have 15+ years of experience in enterprise software and product design. Most recently, I was Lead Product Designer at JBPB Offshore (HikeOn), where I led four designers until June 2026. Before that, I spent six years at 3i Infotech. My work covers ERP workflows, design systems and AI-assisted product design.
Points of view.
In the ERP work, I designed operational workflows across purchasing, orders and reporting.
The RFQ prototype makes supplier evidence and manager review part of the sourcing workflow.
For KPI configuration, domain selection constrains the fields a user can combine.
The design system connects three token layers and Vue.js components through shared naming and contribution standards.

Research Synthesis Pipeline
Record → transcribe → LLM-assisted theme extraction → manually challenge every theme against raw notes. A 6-hour research session produces a structured insight document in under 2 hours. I use this on every project.

Design Brief Generation
From a validated workflow map, I use an LLM to generate first-draft user stories, edge cases, and acceptance criteria. Then I refine with product and engineering in 45 minutes. This replaced a 3-hour grooming meeting.

UI Copy System
I keep a prompt template library for UI microcopy. Each prompt carries the component, the user's emotional state, and the outcome I want. First drafts are about 80% usable. I edit every line before handoff.

Competitive Analysis Framework
6 competing ERP platforms mapped in 3 hours using an AI-assisted research framework I built. Previously a day and a half. The saved time goes into user interviews. Not more desk research.

Accessibility Pre-Audit
Before handoff, every component goes through an AI-assisted WCAG check. Not to replace manual judgment, but to catch contrast failures, focus order problems and missing aria labels before the developer opens the file.
